Returns and Refunds

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

It must be unworn and in the same condition as when received.

It must be returned with its original packaging, including any gifts with purchase if applicable.

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to be considered for return/refund.
Items Not Eligible for Refund:

Items made to size

Items altered at your request (e.g. ring resizing, chain shortening)

Items held for more than 15 days

Items purchased via layaway

Items purchased using subscriber discounts or promotional codes

Items marked as "Final Sale" - including investment grade bullion and coins

International returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If the item you received is significantly not as described, we will gladly cover the return postage, but please contact us first to discuss the issue before returning anything.

When returning an item from abroad, your postal or courier service will require you to fill out a customs declaration form.
You must declare the item as "Returned Goods", failure to do so may result in customs duties being charged when the item arrives back with us.
Any such duties will be deducted from your refund, or if substantial, we may refuse the delivery and return the item to you at your cost.
