Each Luxe piece is handcrafted made from recycled 925 sterling silver with 24k gold vermeil. Even though the gold plating is thick, kindly note that with time the plating can wear off. This is normal and not a reason for a claim. Gently touch-up your piece using Luxe Polishing Cloth without chemicals. We recommend avoiding contact with any kind of liquid.

As with all gold-plated jewelry, the gold weakens over time when exposed to water, perfume, chemicals etc. Try to keep your precious jewelry away from that if possible. If you wish to do a quick touch up at home, our Luxe Care Kit is the perfect go to. 

Last year we also launched our a service called Luxe Care. This service is great if you need more than just a quick touch up. As a Luxe customer you can send in your jewelry for gold plating, polishing or a repair to our foundry for just cost price.
